Vacation Rentals in Europe
Investment & Vacation Homes provides access to more than 45 vacation homes in attractive locations throughout Europe. As a co-owner, you participate in two annual priority booking rounds, during which you can select your vacation weeks during the high season. Outside the high season, you are free to book available weeks through the booking system.
Prices vary depending on the type of accommodation and the season. Smaller units that can accommodate 2 adults and 2–3 children typically cost between 1,000 DKK and 6,000 DKK per week. Accommodations that sleep 6–10 people typically range from 2,500 DKK to 10,000 DKK per week. The largest accommodations, with 10–12 double rooms and space for up to 24 people, typically range from 6,000 DKK to 25,000 DKK per week.
We estimate that, as a co-owner, you can typically save 30–60% compared to larger rental agencies. At the same time, you always have access to Danish customer service if you have any questions before, during, or after your vacation.
