Practical Information
With an investment starting at 112,000 DKK, you become a co-owner of more than 45 vacation homes, as well as any new acquisitions. You’ll gain access to our booking system and priority access to the properties through two annual priority rounds.
You can book as many weeks as you like through priority rounds, remaining weeks, or on a spontaneous basis. We regularly send shareholder emails with offers and last-minute deals.
Economy
By investing in Investering og Feriebolig, you’ll enjoy financial benefits in addition to co-ownership. Rental rates are typically 30–50% below market rates, so you’ll save money every time you travel.
At the same time, you’ll benefit from the appreciation in property values, which can lead to increases in the price of the shares. The investment can be made using regular savings, business funds, or pension funds.
The Community
Investment and Vacation Homes is more than just vacation homes and returns—it’s also a community. As a shareholder, you can participate in shareholder trips, New Year’s parties, wine tastings, and other events.
We also offer extended stays in select accommodations as well as discount programs through our partners, such as a 20% discount at Sol og Strand.

Information Session
Join us for a free informational session where we’ll introduce the company, our housing portfolio, and the terms and conditions. This is your chance to ask any questions you may have.

Sign
Once you have made your decision, fill out the subscription form and you will receive a confirmation from us. The capital will be paid in at the next capital increase.

Shareholder
As soon as we have approved your registration form, we will send you a booking code. You will then gain access to the booking system, the priority rounds, and our community.

Vacation
Travel as much as you like and choose freely from the company’s vacation rentals. Go on a beach vacation, a ski trip, a city break, or a hiking trip—it’s up to you! Travel for full weeks or just a few days. You can also share the vacation rentals and the code with friends and family.
